The Night Vision Goggle Test Tent is a free standing, self-contained portable 100% light shielding structure packed in a polyethylene high impact deployable container. The "NVG" Test Tent can easily be assembled and disassembled within a few minutes by one person. The Tent provides 100% darkness needed for the calibration and testing of the Night Vision Goggles. One of the important mission enhancement features of the NVG Test Tent is our uniquely designed counter balanced bracket that is an integral part of the structure. The 20-20 Test Unit securely mounts onto our unique counter balanced bracket that makes the 21 pound tester almost weightless and easy to adjust to individual Aircrew eye height. The adjustment eye range is from 4' 8" to 6' 4".
The "NVG" Test Tent measures 81 inches high, 41 inches wide and 41 inches deep with a 3 flap opening front entrance. Construction is of a high impact grade PVC pipe extruded in a custom size. It is molded in a special black UV retardant PVC finish. The Tent Cover material is made from heavy gauge black polyester nylon with a 100% light blocking backing. The one piece tent construction makes it easy and quick to install over the PVC tent frame.
Assembly time is only a few minutes and the "NVG" Test Tent does not require any hardware or tools for assembly, it easily friction fits together and a lightweight rubber mallet is included for disassembly.
The "NVG" Test Tent easily packs into the heavy duty black polyethylene storage container that measures 44 inches in length, 19 inches in height and 20 inches in width. The container has a dual snap cam positive latching system that can be padlocked for security. Deployable total weight for the entire container and contents is only 90 lbs. The Test Tent container will easily fit into the Wel-Fab System collapsible containers: WFI-C130, C135 and C141.

After 2 years of research and development, we are excited to announce our new "ALSET" (Aviation Life Support Equipment Tester). The "ALSET" is a lightweight hand held compact multi-purpose tester powered by a standard commercial 9V battery. We feel this new "ALSET" will change the testing of batteries and equipment within the Life Support field. The "ALSET" is designed and programmed to test commercial and military batteries including the PRC-90 under load and time. It is programmable for 8 custom batteries of your choice with the ability to program its voltage, ohms resistance and time. The "ALSET" also tests both the SDU-5/E and MS-2000M Distress Marker Strobe Lights giving you the flash rate per minute reading in just 2 seconds. Aircrew flight helmet earphones, microphones and communication cords can be easily tested for ohms and continuity. A test fitting for the NVG helmet bracket will test for voltage of the power pack (batteries), switch, continuity of the wiring and the NVG mount contacts.
